A working reference for anyone designing or writing inside the firm. The whole system is engineered around one idea: every part of the brand should feel like every other, the typographic move in the wordmark, the rhythm of the eyebrow labels, the cadence of the voice. Sympatheia, in the work.

Identity & mark

The Sympatheia mark is a triskele network, three nodes connected through a central point, each node also connected directly to the other two. It expresses the felt coherence principle the name describes: every part of the system in contact with every other.

Color system

A palette anchored on executive navy with a single AI signal accent in indigo, a coral for action, and a mint for growth. Every color earns its place by mapping to a specific functional moment.

Typography

Two faces. Instrument Serif (Google Fonts) for the wordmark and editorial moments, brings the classical reference. Inter for everything else, the modern professional default. The contrast between the two is the entire point.

A clean 12 column grid centered in a 1240px container, with vertical section padding that gives the writing room to breathe. Cards round to 12 28px. Elevation is restrained, we earn shadow only on hover.

Iconography

We use Font Awesome 6 (regular and solid weights) as the working set on the web. Icons sit inside colored icon boxes when they need to anchor a card, and in line within text when they need to add small affordance. Always sized in even steps: 16, 20, 24, 32, 44, 56.

Section vii

Voice

Intellectually grounded, operationally specific, confidently restrained. We speak the language of CROs and Partner Executives, with named lifecycle stages, named exec roles, and concrete metrics. Below is the working voice guide: a half dozen do/don’t pairs that calibrate the room.
